Farmington UMC Staff
Farmington United Methodist Church has a dynamic staff who are available to answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact one of our staff below.
Interim Pastor: Anne O'Connor
Anne is the interim pastor for our congregation charged with preparing us to receive our permanent pastor. She will preach and work with church staff, leaders, and church members to envision and move into the new future God has planned for us.
Anne believes that God is already at work around us and has an amazing future planned for the Farmington UMC. “We need to open ourselves to where God is working and join in.”
Anne grew up in Ohio and after graduating from Miami University moved to Rochester to work at Kodak. She worked there for ten years before leaving to pursue God’s call to pastoral ministry. Anne is a graduate of Colgate Rochester Divinity School. Anne retired in 2018 after serving as a pastor for 30 years, 13
years at Walworth and Zion-West Walworth and 17 years at Aldersgate in Greece.
She is married to Tom who joined FUMC in 2019. They have two daughters and two grandsons. Anne continues to be amazed by God’s extraordinary love that has no bounds. She enjoys reading, hiking, and hanging out with friends.
Interim Associate Pastor Dan Kulp is a long-time member of FUMC. He served on staff as both the Director of Youth Ministries and the Outreach Coordinator during the 2000’s, while also touring the country as the lead singer for the rock group The Dig Project. He is married to Elizabeth who grew up attending FUMC. They are blessed with 5 children, 3 of whom are adopted and have special needs. Dan and his family took a six year break away from Farmington when he served as the Senior Pastor for the First Baptist Church of Manchester, NY. Upon his return to Farmington UMC, Dan has twice filled in for the senior pastor on a long-term basis.
When not serving in ministry at his Church, Dan travels the country performing inspirational stand-up comedy. He is also the author of the book ‘Confounding the Wise’. He enjoys acting, reading, rock concerts and is a huge movie nut.

Paul is responsible for our Praise band. He leads worship with the band, plans music for our services, leads rehearsals, and manages the band participants.
Guest Connector/Serving Coordinator: Kim Raduns
Kim helps our congregation welcome guests well, and assists people in connecting with a place of service in the church which fits their interests and talents.
