Children’s Programs

 

Kids JAM

Jr. KidzChurch

Nursery
Kids JamElementary children in grades 1 – 6 participate in KidzJam. The KidsJam program is designed to help children discover God’s love at KJ’s Garage! Themes include prayer, service, obedience, friendship and much more. Children read bible stories, listen to music and participate in fun-filled group activities. They also work to memorize key Bible verses. Designed for Pre-K and Kindergarten, our KidzChurch program is an exciting place where children get a hands-on learning about God and the Bible while having fun doing it. KidzChurch is designed to be fun and informative. Children participate in activities that support bible-based themes and topics. During our worship services, we offer a nursery for babies and toddlers up to age 3. Our nursery staff goes through a thorough background check process, so you can feel safe leaving your young child with us while you enjoy the worship service.

 

Youth Programs

Our FUMC Youth groups are designed for students in grades 7-12. Pastor Jeff and a crack team of adult volunteers are leading it this year. A senior high guys group and a senior high girls group meet once a week in homes. The junior high group meets once a month at the church. About once a month the entire youth group gathers for a fun night, or a retreat, or a special event.
Highlights of the year include Flower City Work Camp over Easter break and Kingdom Bound in August.
